This was my first appointment with Dr. Semrad and I really liked him. He was genuine, professional, and thorough. He took time to understand my needs and explained everything to me. Very good experience and awesome doctor.

There was a little confusion about regarding my appointment but the front desk handled it very professionally, were very kind and made sure that I was still able to be seen. Dr. Semrad was extremely kind and informative - he is very professional and has a wonderful bedside manner. I may have had to wait but it was all a honest mix-up and it was definately worth the wait. Dr. Semrad was the first Doctor I looked into and I am so happy I choose to go to his office and greatful that he had room for me as a patient. I feel very comfortable with him and his staff after just one meeting so that should say a lot in its self.
Thank you Dr. Semrad and staff for your professionalism and being so helpful and kind most other situations like this turn out with the patient going home with a new appointment anywhere from a week to two later - but even it being the end of the day almost with a full schedule already everyone was kind, smiled and made sure I was seen and even got me int he next day for an ultrasound. Being a new patient at any Dr.'s office getting such prompt and kind care is a rarity.

It was good. I had to arrive an hour early for new patient paperwork but it only took 30 mins for me so I had a long wait afterwards but that was no fault of the doctor office. I had a great 1st time experience. I go back in 4 weeks so I'm sure my wait will be nothing.
