As someone who’s dealt with chronic pain/other symptoms for a long time - finding a medical professional who will not only take me seriously but immediately bring up potential possibilities (that completely matched the research I’d done for years myself), offer plan of action, and then assign appropriate referrals feels unheard of! I felt very heard and validated about something I deal with regularly and to be offered plans to dive deeper, I would most definitely recommend! “Kinsey saw me within 10 minutes of my appointment; the MA Melissa was great and drew my blood work first to make sure she could get it to the lab before they closed. Kinsey was great; very friendly, personable, and thorough. She explained everything clearly and understood everything I was saying. I had a great experience with her, though the front office could use some improvement on making eye contact with and simply acknowledging patients when they walk up to the counter at check in or check out.”

From start to finish Kinsey made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. Communication was clear every step of the way, and she really took the time to listen to my concerns,which made a huge difference. This was my first time at Optima. The gals at the front desk were helpful, friendly, and professional. Michelle (?) escorted me to my room and took my pulse and asked some questions. She was sooo friendly and sweet. When Kinsey came in she was easy to talk to and very efficient. My experience today was so positive. I will return to this office for a physical next month.
