She didn’t speak and seemed as if she didn’t want to be there or maybe her personality is dismissive. I did notice another medical assistant with another doctor was upbeat, she spoke to the patients and engaged.”

She attended medical school at AT Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona and completed her residency in Family Medicine in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Singh is passionate about whole-person health care and believes that understanding how daily life impacts her patients' physical and mental health is critical in providing care to each of her patients. Outside of the office, Dr. Singh enjoys trying new foods, reading, traveling and spending time outdoors with her friends and family.

I was treated pretty rudely by the front desk. They lectured me about how I’m supposed to arrive 30 minutes early if I’m new (I was 15 minutes early, and I filled out my paperwork online ahead of time.) She gave me papers and said the online stuff doesn’t matter “It’s for something different.” After about two minutes she yelled out my name across the waiting room to tell me that I’m going to have to reschedule. Complete waste of my time. Very rude, and if they wanted to reschedule me they should’ve called me before I drove out in the 40 degree windy weather to come up to their office. I booked this appointment because I read how good the doctor was, but I guess I’ll never know. Their Google reviews are full of bad experiences with the front desk, especially first time patients. They should strongly consider figuring out a different front desk staff, because what I dealt with was completely unacceptable. I will never return.
