About Dr. Siva Elangovan
**We are an ENT office that specializes in helping patients who have difficulty with nasal breathing/obstruction, post nasal drip/drainage, sinus issues, facial pressure/pain, snoring and sleep apnea. We, unfortunately, do NOT see patients for tonsillitis, ear drainage, ear infections, ear wax, or hoarseness of voice.**

I had a terrible experience with Resolve ENT and just want to give people searching for ENTs a heads-up.
Even though ZocDoc and Resolve's own website states they provide non-surgical options, I didn't get that vibe at all. These folks want to do surgery—and within ten minutes of being there, they were already pitching various surgical options to me.
As someone with seasonal allergies and some snoring woes that had heard of allergy testing, allergy drops, and snoring mouth guards, I definitely wanted to try a few things before I jumped into an insanely expensive, optional surgery. I got really bad vibes from them.
At my second appointment, they performed the same nasal endoscopy that they did at the previous appointment (finding the same results and charging me an insane amount of money for both) and this time had me do a facial X-Ray and pressured me to sign pre-authorization surgical paperwork even though I didn't feel comfortable.
My advice: go somewhere else.

I saw Dr. Siva Elangovan for an ear issue and ongoing throat sickness. Overall, I was extraordinarily impressed with everything involved in my visit. The app they use for collecting insurance and medical information was one of the easiest I've ever used, the front desk staff were kind & helpful, Dr. Elangovan himself was patient as he explained everything and listened to me.
My acute issue - tinnitus from a blocked ear - was resolved with an ear cleaning. Not an enjoyable experience but Dr. Elangovan was as gentle was possible. My ongoing sickness was also discussed and Dr. Elangovan listened to me, answered questions, and showed me what he was looking at when he put a scope through my nose (which went down into my throat).
In summary I am extremely glad to have found Resolve ENT and will gladly go back to them for future ear, nose, and throat issues.

After numerous visits to an urgent care I was told to see an ENT ASAP for help with a diagnosis and hopefully medication or a solution of some kind. Came here, was told there was nothing they could do at this time and not really given any new info except that I should see a different ENT.
Everything else was great: kind staff, I felt heard, Dr. Elangovan was patient and clear, etc, but I feel like I basically just paid to get referred to another ENT…

The front office is beautiful, calming, clean! The staff is kind and approachable, patient. I was seen right away after signing documentation prior to visiting due to reminders from the office. The doctor was very easy to talk to and informative, he taught me so much just by explaining every step of the check in! I felt so comfortable and calm leaving. Recommend 1000x over!

The office was nice and staff were really helpful. The doctor was great at answering all of my questions and was very clear in his explanations. My ear pain was likely more from the jaw not ears. He explain that to me and showed me why he thinks that so I could really under it.

I went to resolve for ear eczema & irritation. I had a very good visit with Dr. Siva Elangovan who was very attentive and pleasant. He was nice and had great bedside manners, but he was also firm. While he made me feel relaxed, he also made sure to convey the importance of following his advice on possible solutions. He recognized my hesitancy on certain things and he made sure to explain what needs to happen and the options I have available. He took care of my issues and Answered all of my questions. I already have a follow up appointment because I feel confident that he is well versed in his expertise. I would recommend him because he actually took the time to listen, he knows his stuff, he cares, and he didn’t just rush me out of his office like the previous doctor I visited. 2 thumbs up For sure!

I visited Resolve ENT for a sinus problem recently. They were following all COVID protocols. Ilse at the reception was very courteous, and she checked me into the system and helped me complete the paperwork required. Jennifer was friendly, and she guided me to the exam room in no time. Dr. Siva's bedside manners were excellent, and he took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. One of the most caring and best ENT specialists I have come across; I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone who needs to see an ENT doctor.
