similar to others below, his bedside manner was quite lacking, he didn't seem to believe my experience, referred me to another specialist who was also a quack. He went as far as to say that since the tests were negative theissue was in my head. The specialist diagnosed me with fibromyalgia! which I don't buy either but needless to say this guy was completely unhelpful.

He was a very personable doctor - introduced himself and made it a point to understand the context under which I was visiting. He took his time to explain the vaccinations I was getting and why, and also provide me with more information on preventative care. Had a great experience!

Did not believe my symptoms were real and begrudgingly referred me to a specialist. Because he didn't believe my symptoms were real, he didn't listen to my heart or even take my blood pressure.

Cold bedside manner. I saw this doctor after a slip and fall when I hit my head. He did some quick tests and he said I probably don’t have a concussion and sent me home. However a day later I starteddeveloping symptoms of a concussion and called the office and left a message for the doctor. A few hours passed and I didn’t hear back from him. I called the office again and they said he went to lunch! On top of that the receptionist was very rude about it. Four hours later he called me back and said we should do a CT scan. They are negligent. Office staff is very rude. I don’t recommend at all.

I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, signed out quick paper work and was almost immediately seen. By the time I left it was a bit after when my appointment should have begun. Dr. Fuzayloff was patient, respectful, understanding and helpful. And there’s a pharmacy across the street from the office. Will be going back!

Gave me all the information and options I needed in 4-5 minutes and I was out! Front desk isalso very efficient, copays handled upfront before appointment with no silly billing.

Office functions more like an urgent care than a primary care office. That makes it easy to get an appointment on short notice but makes wait times a bit long. Once you see him, Dr. Fuzayloff is kind and efficient, butthe volume of patients seems to get in the way of a doctor-patient relationship.

For a 5 pm appt, wait was 30 min; came in 10 minutes early too. That was a bit disappointing. However one of the receptionists was very friendly and nice; the other was just all business (not a bad or goodthing). It was worth going however because Dr. Slava is amazing. He may not be the friendliest doctor you ever met, but he is nice, and you can easily tell that his more serious and professional attitude is for your sake--he wants to give you the best possible treatment by quickly and expertly diagnosing whatever issue you have and efficiently examining you. Another huge plus was his easy to understand explanations of what he was doing at the moment or his thoughts regarding what may be causing you medical issues. He doesn't treat you like a kid and doesn't have the proud haughty attitude some medical professionals do. These things are a win in my book regardless of the wait, and I'll definitely be coming again.

I was suffering from really bad throat. I consulted the doctor at 2:00 pm and I was told that they will send the prescription directly to Pharmacy and I can pick up the prescription in next 10 minutes. I went toPharmacy after one hour and they still didn't receive the prescription. I tried calling up the hospital to ask for prescription. They hung upon me first couple of time and then they stopped picking up the call. I didn't get my prescription the entire day. Really awful experience and just focused on seeing as many patients as possible to make money

In my experience, this Doctor's office always makes billing mistakes and immediately send me to a collection agent. Additionally, the Doctor's office called me saying that the Doctor wants to talk to me only to charge me with a Doctor's visitfee. First, the office need to make sure that their billing is right. Second, why start to collect money by giving account to a collection agent?
