Doctor was fine, office staff not so much.
Very good doctor, but her team needs improve the follow up with patients. They tell they will call you back and they dont.
Great visit, she listened and we put a plan together that should do the trick.
Dr. Sonia is a very pleasant and professional lady who took good care of me and my husband, and I have had a satisfactory visit. The staff is good and trained, they are well mannered and nice people. Thank you zocdoc and Dr Sobia and the staff. AFQ
Dr. Moghis was very attentive, took lots of notes, asked questions and conversed openly. I felt very comfortable with her. The ladies in the office were also warm and friendly.
She wouldn't touch my back like she hated white people she did not help my issue at all horrible experience.
I really can't say enough good things about Dr. Moghis. I had an annual physical with her. It was quick to the point and she was able to address all my concerns: reproductive care, sleep apnea, seasonal allergies. She ran full blood panels and took the time to go over the results an ways to keep my numbers in healthy ranges as I age. I really appreciated a efficient appointment. I am just not one to chat while going through routine testing for women. So many want to talk about your weekend or what you think about the hawks; I am only interested if it looks good or causes some concern.
I was very disappointed with my experience seeing Dr. Sobia Moghis. I booked an appointment for the next day, which was awesome. When I came in the receptionist was friendly and the other patients were chatting. Unfortunately that's the best I can say. The nurse who took my vital signs and asked triage questions didn't really know what she doing; I had to spell out words for her. When the doctor came in she seemed somewhat disinterested. She didn't go into much detail with my history and didn't ask many questions. She wanted me to tell her what I have when it's her job to figure that out! My case is somewhat complex because I have multiple symptoms that don't necessarily point to a single condition or treatment. In other words, I needed what only a doctor can provide, which is expert analysis and diagnosis. If I wanted to plug my symptoms into WebMD I would just do that instead. Dr. Moghis has neither the analytical nor the interpersonal attitude that makes doctors effective. If you have a very simple case like the flu and need to be seen quickly, Dr. Moghis will be fine for you, but at that point you should just go to urgent care.
Pretty thorough, but she seemed a little rushed this particular visit (I don't recall it happening the other times).
She was excellent. I look forward to placing my health in her hands!
The wait was rather long. Front desk staff told me a couple minutes and it ended up being 20 minutes. But everything else was great! Dr. Sobia was wonderful!
Staff was very patient--I had to wait and drink some water to hydrate for a blood draw.
Great and efficient staff with quick in-processing, professional and thorough nurses, and Dr. Mogbis is knowledgeable and conveyed genuine interest and concern in my health.
Dr Moghis is gentle, knowledgable and efficient. The lab tests she ordered all seemed appropriate to me, but her staff checked which ones my insurance might not pay for, told me the cost to me in case they didn't, and asked me if it was ok with me to do them. I appreciate that they did this. The woman who drew my blood did an amazing job - it was almost painless. This is an office that does not overlook any details, and I'm happy to have found them.
Dr. Moghis is absolutely wonderful! Her staff were all very polite and fun to talk with. Dr. Moghis takes in your opinion and I could tell just from my first visit, they she took in both my opinion and her professional medical opinion and was able to look out for me in the best way possible- just what I good doctor should do (: Highly recommend- and she's very sweet!
This was my first visit to Dr. Moghis. I was impressed with the short wait, and the time she spent with me. She was very easy to talk to. I've scheduled a follow-up visit.
Dr. Moghis is very pleasant, attentive and really listens.
Very professional and kind. I highly recommended her. Thank you
I had a great experience with this doctor. It is true that the waiting area is kind of small. However, I waited less than 5 minutes, and I care more about the doctor than the waiting room. Paperwork was completed easily and quickly. They have online records, Doctor was thoughtful and caring, and offered several options for me and I am confident in her abilities. It is not the most modern of offices but they have an in-house lab and that is very convenient as is the location north of Downtown Bellevue.
I made the appointment the same day because I needed to be seen as soon as possible. This was by far the worst dr experience I have ever had. I did get into the exam room quickly to only wait in there for 20 mins. When the dr arrived I explained I was there due to a workplace injury. She did not note this, and because of this I was charged for a visit that should have been billed to L&I. During our visit the Dr did not tell me this was not a certified L&I dr's office. I did not find this out until a few days later when I received a bill in the mail. In addition to this particular visit that should have been billed to L&I I also am 100% covered by my medical insurance. So either way I should have never been billed. It wasn't until I called the office to clear the bill was I told that they are unable to bill L&I because they are not certified to process claims. The Dr could have saved everyone's time and explained this during our visit when I explained to her how I hurt my knee at work. My call and conversation with the front desk and billing department was the worst interaction I have ever had with anyone in a professional setting. They were completely incompetent and had no idea what they were doing. It was a very frustrating situation to deal with when I shouldn't have been billed at all. They argued with me for over 35 mins and proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do. I ended up reaching out to my insurance to finally solve the billing issues. I would never recommend anyone to this office or Dr. In addition to all the issues listed above, the office was very old and dingy the exam room was also dirty and very dated, the fabric on the bed was torn apart, the chair was old and dirty. Needless to say I was thankful I only needed to be seen for an injured knee. Had I needed to be unclothed i would have walked out!
It was a quick and painless appointment, with a very helpful and courteous staff.
Dr Sobia was awesome but the people working in the office didn't seem too professional. They talked really loudly and some seriously private health issues with doors open and right next to a waiting room filled with people.
Came in with a list of things to sort out, and they took care of every single issue. Lovely staff and very professional.
Quite frankly, the set up and and condition of the Medical Arts office was unprofessional and generally dingy. I wouldn't recommend anyone go there, although Dr. Moghis was very nice. I was uncomfortable being able to hear another patient receive test results over the phone, even when I was in the exam room with the door shut. I could also hear conversations between MAs and doctors while I was in the waiting room. I don't want anyone knowing what's going on with my health, so I won't be back.
Good doctor. Listens and seems to really care about her patients. I would be happy to continue seeing her.
Everyone who downed on her bedside manor is insane! She was amazing and super nice. I found her to be very knowledgeable and efficient. I'm very glad to have found her and she will be my new primary care doctor.
Very friendly and thorough. I felt cared for and left with a plan that I felt good about. Great attention to specific follow up steps.
Dr. Moghis doesn't have the best bedside manner, but that's really not important to me — I'd rather my doctor have good health-improving skills than good social skills (she wasn't unfriendly, just not a small talker, which is fine by me, because I'm not either). She was down-to-business and seems to know her stuff, and we packed a lot into my appointment, so I'm pleased. I'm going back to her next week for a follow-up.
Dr. Moghis and her staff are great! Warm and welcoming, they answered my questions and made me feel comfortable for my checkup. I highly recommend her.
I loved her and her nurse!! The entire staff was friendly and professional. Happy to find an office that I feel comfortable to go to.
One of the best doctors I have seen in a long time. I never felt I was being rushed. Very competent and caring at the same time.
The doctor was great and attentive, the nurse - not so much.
She was very sweet, thorough and caring.
Helpful ,polite, careing
Bad Experience. The doctor does't listen to what i was telling.
Dr. Moghis is amazing. Until I found her on ZocDoc, I had seen the same PCP for 23 years. I was nervous to see someone new but she has made me more than comfortable. She is very detail oriented and I feel as if she is really hearing me when I shared my concerns. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is new in the area or looking for a lifetime doc. I think I found a wonderful partner in my health forever.
The waiting room is uncomfortably small and the office is fairly dated but the staff were friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable.
I was greeted right away, and got the preliminaries over with quickly. I did have to wait some time in the patient room for the doctor, but when I saw her she answered all of my questions and didn't appear to be in any rush. Waiting to see the nurse to finish the appointment took longer than it should, however. But, the nurse was very pleasant.
Great dr very kind warm and professional.
waited along time to be seen in the doctors office and was made to wear a mask which made me uncomfortable. left the office feeling like my enitre symtoms werent considered. didnt look at my ears after i said i have had trouble hearing with my sickness. felt like it was a rushed diagnosis.
I love Dr. Moghis! She is thorough, caring, genuine, and has a multi-pronged approach to her care. I feel safe and well-cared for under her care.
She is very easy to talk to and took her time to listen. Definitely going to use her as my primary care doctor from now on.
The visit was good, and the doctor nice. However, it took them 15 minutes to write me a referral. And on 4 different occations I asked them NOT to send my prescription to Rite Aid where I had previously gone. An hour later the pharmacy I asked for still did not have the prescription. Come to find out, it was because the filled it at Rite Aid.
Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
Dr. Moghis was excellent!!!
The staff was very helpful and Dr. Moghis was caring, knowlegable and had a spent the time to know my problem.
Prompt, professional and polite.
