Wonderful experience With Doctor, who listened, evaluated and suggested my next step.
COMPLAINT: I was contacted constantly by Zocdoc & Montifiore Hospital regarding my appointment. It became a daily notice. Zocdoc was a few times a day, so was Montifiore Hospital. I registered as requested, & asked 3 more times to do it. I was contacted by both the above to register again & again.
Very frustrating, over & above, made me question the validity of the doctor I was going to see. This should be addressed.....

Basic appointment. Nothing was exceptional or above and beyond. Very bland, to the point, dry and not personable. So yeah would I go back, yes, everyone desires a second chance. But, 1st impressions are extremely important.

Dr. Barrett was awesome. She was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything to me in depth and made me feel comfortable. I was seen in 20 minutes. Not a long wait. Facility was clean and up to date. The staff were very friendly as well.

Dr Barrett was amazing! She was very kind, informative, patient, and a great listener. She really heard my concerns and provided a comprehensive exam, followed by a treatment plan and suggestions to help me in the meantime. She also took into account my personal beliefs and preferences when making a plan for going forward. I did not feel rushed or judged at all. Her MA, Najdia, was amazing and compassionate as well!
