I am an APRN, FNP-C, board-certified family nurse practitioner who completed my education through Estrella Mountain Community College (Bachelor's) and the University of Texas Arlington in 2023. My background and experience include 8 years of nursing in a variety of specialties such as orthopedics, neurosurgery, stroke rehabilitation, and oncology. I began my nursing career in a medical/surgical unit focused on orthopedics and colorectal surgeries. During this time, I developed crucial skills that propelled me into the world of travel nursing. From there, I found myself in the great city of Austin, and after years of bedside nursing, my passion to help people kept growing, leading me to pursue a career as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I wanted to become more invested in the care and treatment of those in my community. It was during this time that I discovered a special interest in preventative health, nutrition, and mental health. My newest passion is aesthetic medicine. I believe in helping people look and feel their best, and I want all my patients to thrive in the skin they're in.
In my free time, you will find me hiking with my goldendoodle, working on various home renovation projects with my husband, or writing. My love for travel has grown since my travel nurse days, and I try to do this as much as possible.
I am so excited to share my passions and expertise with my patients here at Hill Family Medicine and Skin Care.
