I hold a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from West Texas A&M University. I believe access to communication is a human right and take a family-centered approach to provide speech therapy services to the families I work with. Because I work within the Verse Therapy network, if I'm not the best therapist for your needs, I am happy to refer you to another Verse Speech Therapist who would be a great fit for you or your child's speech therapy needs. Speech-language pathology services differ from mental health services but often overlap. Speech therapy focuses on building speech, language, and literacy skills to increase the ability to communicate effectively. Families often struggle to get their children speech therapy services due to barriers with insurance, referrals, or other factors. Don’t hesitate to reach out to me if you have questions about receiving speech therapy. If I am not licensed in your state, I work within a referral network of SLPs across the country and can try to help you find someone who can assist.
