I booked an appointment on zocdoc in regards to hormones and trying to conceive. The office called me the day before the appointment to notify that the office location would be closed, rescheduled me for a later time the next day. I arrive to my apt 20 minutes early to complete paperwork. Front staff was nice. My main complaint is that I waited over an hour to be seen by the doctor. 30 minutes after my apt time I notified front staff that I had another apt elsewhere in 1 hr. 30 min. They brought me into a room 15 minutes after that (45 min after apt time). Took my blood pressure and didn't see a doctor/nurse for another 20 minutes after that. When the doctor did come in, she was nice but had no idea on the hormone progesterone and all she could really do was refer me elsewhere. What was the point of me coming in and wasting all that time? Literally says online they deal with these type of issues.

The doctor is wonderful! I came in for a Pap Smear and she talked me through the whole thing. Let me know what was going on and spoke to me and made sure I was comfortable. The front desk nurse isn’t the nicest, but everyone else inside is great. Definitely recommend especially if it’s your first time. Great doctor!!

Stephanie was very personable and listened to my concerns/inquiries. The appointment didn’t feel rushed and I’m sure I’ll be going back to this office as long as I’m around the area and have insurance that they accept. I’m lucky enough to have a flexible schedule and visit during the day, but overall very easy experience and not a very long wait
