Getting to know Stephanie Razuri

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) providing telehealth services for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and other mental health concerns. With experience in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings, I offer compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each person’s unique needs.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach combines medication management with supportive, patient-centered care. I aim to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their mental health journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process is collaborative, personalized, and grounded in compassion. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and supported. During our first visit, I take time to understand your concerns, symptoms, goals, and life experiences — not just your diagnosis. Together, we develop a thoughtful treatment plan that may include medication, therapy recommendations, and practical tools you can use in everyday life. I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all, and your care should reflect who you are as a whole person. I value ongoing communication and regular follow-ups to check in on how you’re really feeling, make adjustments as needed, and ensure that your treatment continues to feel supportive, effective, and aligned with your goals.
