Dr. Coleman had a very professional yet comfortable manner during our appointment. Based on the treatment I received I would recommend him to other prospective patients. The one additional factor which decided on whether or not I would make an appointment with him again was that unfortunately this doctor does not accept my insurance. I work for the NYC Dept of Education and can usually find a doctor with difficulty but as a point of information I felt I should point that out. Otherwise, I felt that Dr. Coleman seemed very competent and if circumstances were different I would have no problem going to see him again.

The abundance of great reviews attracted me to reach out to Stephen. The comments about his bedside manners are true- pleasant and inclusive. However, that’s where it ends.
Firstly, you need to manually complete a multi page survey instead of him covering the questions through discussions. I found it to be an inefficient process that wasted time.
Also, within a week, he forgot everything that we discussed; thus, the second session was repetitive and a waste of time. He is not a therapist.
Lastly, I was insulted that he was 10 mins late for our session and ended early. Still, he charged the full amount for the session.
The sessions are an hour, not 45 mins, Stephen! PS- her his cell phone number on your first session as he does not respond to emails.

He is one of the most understanding man I've ever met my life. I have a real issue speaking a man about personal issues because I've had so many negative things happened with men in my life so I took a chance with him and all of his reviews were excellent and I'm adding to it because he's an amazing doctor and I would suggest anybody who needs to see somebody that will give them positive feedback and something to look forward to then I would I would see him

Dr. Coleman is amazing. He is very patient and he's a great listener. After listening completely to me, he offers sound advice and reasonable treatment scenarios. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family. Even though I am paying out of network, Dr Coleman is worth every nickel.

I think he’s very understanding that, likely from experience, the people that come to him f or help are sometimes going through extreme difficulties. And, I don’t feel judged by at all. Certain, twists & turns didn to work out for the better. And He say me with short notice . There was a gap in his schedule suddenly & he could ‘ve just left for lunch or something to manage in his life. I started getting things organized in mine based on that visit.
