I had no wait, was treated with respect, my concerns were heard and addressed by the doctor and the staff. I felt comfortable that they listened and provided me the best care.

There was an issue with my appointment. I showed up at 11 for my 1130 but the appointment didn't carry over from zocdoc to the office. I waited until after 130 or so to see the doctor. He knew what he was talking about and was very helpful but he likes to talk...a lot. it was difficult to get a word in. overall it was worth the wait but not a good experience. it was more the appointment not carrying over though.

Wonderful environment . Very welcoming staff

great doctor.

When I arrived, I was told he had other surgeries to see too, so I was not going to be seen on time (10am) for a appointments that would take 45 minutes to an 1 hour. I was not happy.

The best

I bathroom could have been cleaner, but other than that I have no complaints. The office staff were friendly and professional, the ancillary medical staff were kind and considerate and Dr. Hurst was clear and concise, a great listener with a warm bedside manner.

I had laser surgery in my calf to remove vein and I was concerned... Dr Hurst's experience from the Air Force and 30+ years showed as he said I would feel a "pinch" when he inserted a tub into my vein... I waited and waited for the "pinch"... NOTHING.. Then he said it was over... I have a Law Enforcement background thought about insurance fraud.. I swear I felt nothing - couldn't believe I had a procedure... slight pain next day for 5 mins... but very slight- I've already recommended him to friends - doing my other leg this Saturday...Very Confident in his ability-- EXCELLENT DOCTOR.

He was awesome
Verified patient
Very nice staff that were happy to answer all my questions. The doctor was also nice too and explained things clearly. He appeared to be honest and very competent. I would recommend this person. Don’t judge based on the neighborhood that the office is in. I have been to offices in the Madison Ave, ritzy area, and their services weren’t as good. The office is also tech savvy.
Very knowledgeable and thorough. Great bedside manner. Explained my new diagnosis in detail and discussed prevention. I was very comfortable with the doctor and did not feel rushed at all! Office was clean and front desk was professional. I would recommend the doctor.
Verified patient
Excellent bedside manners, conversational, respectful and very knowledgeable and above all friendly! Will always recommend...

i have some small spider veins and I went to get an evaluation and see if anything could be done. After a sonogram, I was seen by Dr. Hurst who answered my questions and assured me there was nothing wrong and that I did not need any further treatment. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism.
