I booked my appointment with Dr Crider accidentally. I actually needed to see a different kind of doctor altogether, but I was treated very well by the entire staff. The office was very nice, and immaculately clean, and my payment was refunded immediately.

Dr. Crider is a Georgia native who grew up in the small town of Fairmount before embarking on his journey to becoming a physician. He obtained his bachelor's degree in chemistry at the University of Georgia in Athens before attending Augusta University (formerly Medical College of Georgia) for his Doctor of Medicine degree. He completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL, and his pain medicine fellowship at the prestigious Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX.
Dr. Crider founded Origins Spine and Physicians to provide patients with the highest quality treatment for painful spine and joint conditions. He has more than 10 years of experience successfully treating chronic pain for countless patients. He draws upon a wealth of expertise and knowledge to provide compassionate, complete care for his patients. Dr. Crider also has a love for technology and tennis.

I am new to the area. I drove 2 hours to meet with Dr Crider. It was worth every minute. I would highly recommend anybody who is in need of an excellent Dr to contact this office. The staff was friendly, office was clean, everyone was very welcoming.
I was able to communicate with the Dr with questions, concerns. These were all answered in great detail.
