Hello! I'm so glad you're considering therapy, and I would love to help you along your journey. My undergraduate degree in Psychology at Ohio State and my graduate degree at Capital University in Clinical Mental Health provided a great foundation of knowledge to help my clients through therapy. My experience in college mental health counseling the past 3 years has given me expertise on working with those with anxiety, depression, adjustment concerns, and social / relationship concerns.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, warm, and open space for you to discuss whatever is on your mind. You are the expert on your life and experiences, and I want to provide perspective, insights, and encouragement to help you with your therapy goals. This is your space, and I am open and flexible to trying new strategies to make it the most useful for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I want you to walk away from therapy with increased self-awareness, a variety of effective and tailored coping skills that work for you, an understanding of your values and goals, and the confidence to handle life's stressors on your own. I also want you to feel heard, understood, and know that your voice matters and is worth listening to.
