Mr. Kim, although I’d like to just address him as my Dr. Kim, has treated me with kindness & respect. He considers my opinions as well as my past experiences. This makes me feel like a play a role in my medical care. Like I am an individual human being not just the next patient. What I have appreciated & valued the most is his promptness. He says what he’ll do, and he does what he says. He does exactly what he tells me he or his staff will do. I find that to be unusual in today’s world. Follow through seems to be a forgotten art among many health care providers I have been exposed to in the last few years. I am thankful that my friend told me about Steven Kim. I hope he will enjoy many more years taking care of people.
