He was able to prescribe the medication that I needed, but that was about it. He did not allow me to finish my sentences and had no particular insight into my problems.

I waited in the waiting room for 1 1/2 hours past my confirmed appointment time, then there were still two patients ahead of me. Apparently the doctor' s schedule was backed up, because he had arrived late. What a waste of time and very stressful.
