Dr. George “Hal” Baker, MD is a psychiatrist completing residency at Detroit Medical Center/Wayne State University. He earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine after completing undergraduate studies in neurobiology at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. His training includes inpatient, emergency, outpatient, psychotherapy, and crisis psychiatry, including work with the Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network Crisis Center. He also completed a National Institutes of Health cancer research fellowship in breast cancer stem cell biology and translational research.
