Getting to know Dr. Chang (Betty) Wang

Please expect an email or phone call within 24 hours of your booking to discuss what to expect at your first session. ** I am Mount Sinai trained, double board-certified adult psychiatrist and Child and Adolescent psychiatrist. I have extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of individuals of all age groups and have helped clients navigate a wide range of mental health concerns, including challenges around identity, life transitions, interpersonal dynamics, trauma, and addiction. I approach care with a nuanced and holistic perspective in order to deeply understand the individual and their environment. My practice focuses on evidence-based treatment through medication management and psychotherapy. My clinical interests include patients with mood disorders, anxiety, bipolar disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), developmental delay, and eating disorders. I am dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based patient-and family-centered care. Above all, I aim to foster a warm and supportive environment throughout the course of evaluation and treatment. Outside of my practice, I am an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Mount Sinai School of Medicine

    For Adults (18 years old +): Initial Appointment: $400 for 60 minutes Follow Up Appointment: $325 for 30 minutes For Children/Adolescents: Initial visit: $500 for 60 minutes (***I require two initial intake sessions for children in order to separately meet the parents and the child.) Follow Up Visit: $350 for 30 minutes
