Dr. Nguyen brings to Summit Spine & Joint Centers his expertise in the treatment of a variety of chronic painful conditions including: intractable neuropathic pain, joint pain, headaches, myofascial pain syndrome, complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS/RSD), chronic abdominal pain, chronic pelvic pain, fibromyalgia, cancer-related pain and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) with a multi-modal approach. He is exceptionally skilled in treating his patients with compassion, empathy, respect and concern, and achieves superior pain relief outcomes using a multidisciplinary approach by integrating a variety of minimally invasive interventional techniques, medication management and functional restoration. He is proficient in performing minimally invasive spinal surgeries, fluoroscopic guided spinal injections, discography, radiofrequency neurotomy, spasticity management and electro diagnostic testing. He also has extensive experience with Intrathecal Therapy for the treatment of pain secondary to cancer. In addition to his professional achievements, Dr. Nguyen’s hobbies include swimming, soccer, guitar, photographing and spending time with his family. Dr. Nguyen is fluent in Vietnamese and Spanish.
