Dr. Siwek earned his Doctor of Medicine from New York Medical College and completed his internship and residency in Anesthesiology at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale. He further specialized with a fellowship in Pain Management at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. He maintains an active role in several professional organizations, including the American Society of Anesthesia, American Society of Regional Anesthesia, Interventional Spinal Injection Society, and Society of Pain Practice Management.
