Wonderful first visit. Doctor was very thorough and explained everything in a very understandable and gentle manner..Staff very professional. Highly recommend.
Dr. Zaretsky was great from the moment I sat down in his office. He was very attentive and personable. He helped me learn the urgency of my situation and was very easily reachable and clear in getting back to me-all same day results. Although his focus was not the specific bone I had fractured, he put me in great hands with a fellow doctor. I would highly recommend him!

I thought he was very professionally, asked the right questions and he didn't rush the visit like some doctors.

I have been seeing orthopedists since I was born, literally. I had to switch from my old one due to insurance change. I have never felt more dismissed by a doctor (who told me there was nothing that could be done, despite previous positive experiences with physical therapy). There are too many good doctors out there to see someone whose ego appears to get in the way of his ability to care for pts.
Overall it was a great visit!

He is an amazing person and Doctor. He treats the patient and family with respect and honesty. He performed a thorough examination and offered a clear understandable diagnosis. Taking the time to explain what is occurring with the patient. We never felt rushed or insignificant.

Very good bedside manner. I can confidently say that he cares for his patients. He took time in listening and examinng. The best part was when he said we will try first with physical therapy and surgery is only the last resort.I am sure he is a very good Doctor.

Office: extremely clean and neat! Front desk: friendly, polite, seemed efficient (the closed glass is off putting, but I guess necessary for privacy reasons) Dr. Zaretsky: professional, friendly, took his time to explain things - I would definitely go back as well as recommend him to a friend.
I highly commend Dr. Zaretsky for his courtesy and mastery of the field. I could not ask for a better Dr. to take care of my son's health. Dr. Zaresky, thank you for making us feel at home at our first visit. Sincerely, HI

Very nice doctor, through, doesn't mind answering questions. Great to meet someone who is happily willing to do their job as a doctor and not rush you out the door!
Verified patient
The doctor was alright. He didn't seem very interested in my case and since I waited a while to get check out for a few different things he looked at me like he was annoyed that I had a lot to say. After I saw him for the first time, I got hit by a car and was covered by no-fault insurance so I tried to set up an appt with him and his staff were ridiculously unprofessional and put me on hold for 10 min at a time if they weren't hanging up on me. Needless to say I won't be going back here.
He was kind, proffesional and understanding.
They seem to have a lot of appointments available on ZocDoc, but on three separate occasions I scheduled appointments in the morning, and all three times the doctor's office rescheduled my appointment for the middle of the day without consulting me first. They seem to have difficulty managing scheduling.
