The staff was very efficient and professional. The attending nurse was extremely polite and courteous. Dr. was attentive and caring.
Dr. Acharya is a real diamond in the rough. I was as candid as I could be about my situation and he responded in a way that was VERY sympathetic yet to-the-point at the same time. I would definitely recommend this doctor if any of my friends (I don't wish this on any of them!) needed the name of a urologist. I did not feel even slightly rushed - a world of different from other providers I've seen in Dallas.
Dr. Sujeet is a patient oriented physician. I was very late (lost and confused) for my appointment and Dr. Sujeet still attended to me without any rebuff, so grateful. He's an attentive listener. He asked courteous questions and in turn afforded me to ask questions. He respected my values and preferences.
The Dr. was friendly and informative. The staff were all helpful and took care of all of the details. All I had to do was show up!
This was my first visit at this office. The staff was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor was easy to talk to and explained the plan of action clearly and in a language that was easy for me to understand. He has a great bedside manner. I like him very much, and this is after one visit.
Thorough and professional! Two thumbs up!
Dr Acharya is very professional and easy to talk to. He is empathetic and listens to what you are saying before making a decision. I am very happy with the visit. He made it go smoothly. One of the truly great doctors.
He was great!!! Explained everything to me, and took as much time as I needed to answer all my questions!!! He was very nice and caring!!
Dr. Acharya was fantastic, and the nurses were usually pretty good, but the people working the waiting room/appointment scheduling were FAR from professional. They were rude and dismissive when I was trying to book my follow-up appointments and every time I was there, when I was going to sign in they were usually talking on the phone to other patients and were perfectly fine discussing their medical details and account information in front of me. The only one who wasn't like this was the surgery scheduling assistant. She actually jumped over to help me book my follow-up appointment when the lady who was supposed to be doing it was on break and the other two sitting there were "too busy" to help me.
My dad was very pleased with him!!
Dr. Acharya did the consult with my father's first language, Spanish. The Dr was very caring and patient. The staff is bilingual and very nice people. I am happy that we found Dr. Acharya.
The wait time is too long. Though i have filled the paper work, i have to refill it with lots of info. Apart from this everything else was good.
He's clearly very knowledgeable and willing to investigate your concerns to the beat of his resources.
I felt my overall experience was a unprofessional.
