He was professional and caring. He listened and gave recommendations. He seemed optimistic that in time he would be able to help me with pain I have suffered with for years.

I do not know why we care all the way to the doctor's office, because my husband did not get any meds. for pain. The doctor did not do the scope to see if anything was causing the pain. I thinkwe just went all the way to the professional building to have Medicare and Blue Cross to pay for the visit. Nothing was done to ease the discomfort my husband was having. We were sent to have a MRI scan and we have a follow-up appointment. So, my husband has to deal with the discomfort until the next appointment.

Dr. Sujeet is a patient oriented physician. I was very late (lost and confused) for my appointment and Dr. Sujeet still attended to me without any rebuff, so grateful. He's an attentive listener. He asked courteous questions and in turn affordedme to ask questions. He respected my values and preferences.

Dr. Acharya is a real diamond in the rough. I was as candid as I could be about my situation and he responded in a way that was VERY sympathetic yet to-the-point at the same time. I would definitely recommend thisdoctor if any of my friends (I don't wish this on any of them!) needed the name of a urologist. I did not feel even slightly rushed - a world of different from other providers I've seen in Dallas.

This was my first visit at this office. The staff was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor was easy to talk to and explained the plan of action clearly and in a language that was easy for me to understand. He has a great bedside manner. I like him very much, and this is after one visit.

Dr. Acharya was fantastic, and the nurses were usually pretty good, but the people working the waiting room/appointment scheduling were FAR from professional. They were rude and dismissive when I was trying to book my follow-up appointmentsand every time I was there, when I was going to sign in they were usually talking on the phone to other patients and were perfectly fine discussing their medical details and account information in front of me. The only one who wasn't like this was the surgery scheduling assistant. She actually jumped over to help me book my follow-up appointment when the lady who was supposed to be doing it was on break and the other two sitting there were "too busy" to help me.
