Both my brother and I had a great visit with Dr.Kukreja. We made appointments the day before and were seen at the exact time of our appointments. He even waited for us to go get our X-Rays and went over our prognoses the same day. He explained everything clearly to both my brother and I and went over the treatment plans respectively.

Do not go here and waste your time and effort. You will be in more pain coming out then going in. The office was in the corner of the building, super small and very cramped. The paperwork was photocopies of pervious forms, extremely small and blurry. The "exam room" was half a bed, no protective wear on it. The bed shared the room with this massive desk and two chairs. There was nothing that would indicate it was a doctor's office expect three anatomy posters on the walls and a BP cuff next to the bed. The Doctor looked at my X-ray on his mac computer, first saying there were not the right images needed, and then quickly changed his assessment after looking at my injury. The whole interaction, from start to finish was unprofessional. Do not go here.

Doctor is good but what is the use of giving the phone number when nobody picks up the phone. Dr Kukreja saw me and prescribed a MRI for my injured knee. He told me that his office would reach out to me after confirmation from insurance regarding MRI approval. It has been 2 days, his office has not reached out to me and they don’t pick up my calls. The phone keeps ringing without going to voicemail.

The doc is great but the reception is terrible. It has been 2 weeks since I put in a request for an MRI authorization and it is still pending.

Stay far away from this practice. The most rude and disrespectful receptionists I have ever met. I went back and forth over a week for a simple authorization form for a MRI. In the end they never sent the needed paperwork and I can not get the MRI. Very unorganized and the worst customer service!!

The Dr was nice once I actually got to see him the office is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there. It’s extremely cramped. The exam room only has walls half way up so there is no privacy and everyone sitting in the waiting room can hear everything you’re saying. The front desk and the people who answer the phones were terribly disorganized and the phone staff was very rude. I was asked to come early and then made to wait an hour before the receptionist arrived and turns out the doctor was there the whole time just never came out to see if anyone was waiting.
I would avoid at all costs.
