“Most pain doctors will try and dumb down your pain however, Mr Chu does not. He gave me the medication I asked for while the pain Injections start to take affect. I broke my spine when I was 11 I am 32. So pain has always been an on going thing. Summers are great and winters are super stuff. He’s definitely understanding about my situation .”

Dr. Chu was very kind and took the time to listen to concerns. I loved that he asked a lot of questions and didn’t jump into conclusions. Definitely would recommend any one in need of answers to see Dr. chu.

I can not thank Dr Chu and his entire team enough. They are truly incredible. I have gone from debilitating pain to having very little pain ( we are working on getting to no pain :)) in a few short months. I am truly amazed by him and his bedside manner.
Verified patient
Dr. Chu was timely and thorough, and I didn’t get the sense that he was just rushing through the interview/exam to move on the the next patient like I’ve experienced with other doctors. He did a great job explaining his reasoning and recommendations. Would definitely come back here again.
Verified patient
Dr Chu was very patient, listened to everything I had to say, did not feel rushed. He was very thorough and made sure I understood everything. Wish I could say the same about some of my previous doctors. Would recommend

Got the impression I was an inconvenience for the good doctor. Clearly couldn't wait to get on to the next patient. Won't be going back to David.
Dr. Chu was very professional and easy going.

Consultation regarding problems I have with my lower back and right leg. He was very thorough, patient, and communicative. He seems very smart. I liked that he was not aggressive in his recommendations, and he seemed holistic in his approach, which I loved. Highly recommended.

I went to Dr. Chu several times and he even treated me for a knee problem (which I still have), but he never knew who I was. You think he could at least review my chart before he came into the room. Everytime I went there he'd ask me the same questions to try to figure out who I was and what I was there for. What a joke!
Dr. Chu takes his time to listen to your concerns. You never feel rushed or pushed out the door. He's knowledgeable and conservative with his approach to pain management. The wait time is almost zero. The front person, Jeanette, is a sweetheart.
Verified patient
Really nice doctor. Wait time first visit was long but otherwise fairly short. He guided me very well per my condition and answered every ques i asked with patience and clarity. Recommended!
Verified patient
Dr. Chu was informative and helpful.

I've been looking for a 2nd opinion to help with my current lower back/sciatic pain which has been plaguing me for months. After my last, very disappointing, experience with an orthopedist, I was at a loss of where to go to next. I spent a lot of time looking and reviewing and found Dr. Chu, who received very high marks. And I'm here to add my own. He was very profressional and thorough, asking me questions and taking the time to review the materials I brought to him. He even looked up a past MRI I'd had but didn't have the record for, so he could compare my tests. After reviewing these things, asking me questions and giving me an exam, he plotted out a course of action to help tackle my pain and get me back on track. I'm very hopeful and trust that he will do everything he can to find the root of my issue and address it. Highly recommend!
