She was very nice but I did not like the fact that she was upselling me so much. I was there for a simple mole check, and she was trying to sell me facial cleansers, telling me to visit their in-house facialist, and use their sunscreen. I do not like feeling like someone is trying to sell me products I do not need.
I also didn't like that the forms I filled out on ZocDoc were not at the appointment because a girl that had left didnt print my documents out. I am sure it was a one time thing - I don't know why the documents were sent so late (assuming this is a Zoc Doc issue) but it was frustrating to fill out the forms again at the office.

I booked the appointment for my son, who has acne problem. After waiting for almost one hour, the doctor showed (opened the door of the waiting room) by mistake, and 5 minutes later, the assistant came to check. She suggested some cream and lotion from their lab, which is very expensive. I would not recommend anybody go their.
