I take time to understand the full story & not just your symptoms so we can identify what is really driving your challenges and create a plan that fits your life. I combine evidence-based psychiatric treatment with a holistic, lifestyle-focused mindset.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
During the first session I see our meeting as a partnership without any hierarchy. We set clear goals together, track progress, and adjust when needed. I don’t believe in simply prescribing medication and hoping for the best. I believe in addressing & treating the root causes for your symptoms, thoughtful care, accountability, and finding what truly works.
