The doctor and his assistant were very pleasant. When I first walked in one of his front desk receptionists didn’t acknowledge me and had me waiting before another front desk person called me over. So that was a little rude but other than that no complaints.

Front desk staff a bit short both in person and on the phone. I was also billed for a simple consultation even though I had looked for an ENT that fell under my insurance.

I was very pleased with my visit. The wait time was a bit extended, which was largely due to the fact that there was one patient ahead of me that was getting a little out of hand. Other than that Ihave absolutely no complaints. The doctor was great! He was very informative and seemed sincere about genuinely wanting to help me and willing to do everything he could so that I got better. The PA that was working with him, Ryan, was also fantastic. She was polite, very good bedside mannered and also knowledgeable about my symptoms. She further explained things to me once the doctor finished his assessment and it’s also worth noting that she can hold a nice conversation. I am very happy I choose this place and I feel very confident that they will help me.

This appointment was actually for my husband, but I accompanied him to it. I cannot believe how down to earth and pleasant Dr. Dagan was. His staff was also highly flexible and even though we had an appointment time mix up,made sure we were seen right away. Dr. Dagan gave very thorough responses to all of our questions and came up with a follow-up plan that made sense. I have yet to encounter a midtown Doctor who is as humble as he is, and I can say that I really enjoyed his bedside manner.

It was a long wait. It took more than an hour to be seen by the doctor. Everything seem to be rush and I couldn’t really get a conclusion about my allergies. The doctor didn’t mention any sort of treatment. Iwas there because I had an ear infection. The whole visit was unclear. I don’t know if I will go back in 6 months like doctor recommended.

- Booked appointment with ENT. Never saw the physician, only the physicians assistant - Practice appeared to be focused on plastic surgery rather than ENT - Office did not have proper equipment - Procedure was unnecessarily painful - Paid outof pocket. Staff provided inaccurate pricing information, received inflated bill later.

It seems that he was bother to see me once I was asked by the receptionist if I wanted to see the doctor or the PA, I said the doctor. He came in asked me why I was there I explainedmy condition which was itchy and flaky ears, he made the intern look at me and he mentioned the inflammation, he then proceeded to vacuum my ears and I said that’s it should I keep using oil for the flaky and itchiness he said yes.. so after a few weeks my condition worsen and I found another ENT that took the time to diagnose me correctly... very disappointed at Dr. Talgan he seemed bother and jaded..

Every visit in last few months has been exceptional and I would highly recommend Dr. Dagan to anyone suffering with nasal issues. I suffered from enlarged turbinates and an incredibly deviated septum that caused severe obstruction in my nasalpassages. Dagan recommended several options but I ultimately decided to do a septoplasty and turbinectomy to realign my septum and decrease the size of the enlarged turbinates. The procedure went extremely well and the recovery was fine. I can clearly feel a difference in my breathing. Dagan thoroughly explained every step of the process before and after the procedure, and going through my CT scan in detail, answering any and all questions I had. There were a few issues contacting the surgical coordinator, but nothing too serious that would lessen my thoughts about my experience in the (420 Madison) office.

Dr, Dagan suggested as a fist choice an immediate painful procedure. He started paperwork for the procedure without waiting for my consent. I had to stop him and ask about other options! Eventually Antibiotics solved my issue in 2 days. Addto that the receptionist disrespectful attitude. Obviously I would hope I do not end up in that office again.

Dr. Dagan had the best bedside manner of any physician I've seen in NYC. I went in for a broken nose, and he guided me through resetting it while explaining exactly what was happening at each stage, and giving some wordsof encouragement (that somehow weren't too cheesy). The procedure itself was very smooth and I felt safe and in good hands. The PA I saw first was also very professional and kind. She had another PA student shadowing her and took the time to instruct/explain without taking any attention away from me as the patient. The office just seems like a well-run, warm environment and I definitely recommend it!

I went in to Dr. Dagan after a different doctor said I didn't have mono and that I didn't have strep. After a day of things getting terribly worse and my tonsils nearly blocking my breathing, Dr. Dagan diagnosed me correctlyand immediately helped me feel like I was actually being cared for. He helped repair my tonsils and numbed them, and helped for a speedy recovery. He was incredibly nice throughout the ordeal and answered all my questions. Only going back to him whenever I need anything ENT related.

Dr. Dagan seemed very knowledgable, efficient and caring. I'm super picky with doctors, but he gets right to chase and will order the tests you need, take the time to explain why you should have them (does not feel predatory likesome doctors trying to rack up bills) and is very reassuring if you're prone to freak out like I am. So far so good.

He was able to quickly diagnose and resolve my sinus issues. After going back and forth to my PCP for months about a recurring sinus infection that was causing me major issues, Dr. Dagan zeroed in very quickly within 1 or2 visits and an MRI on the surgery I needed. 2 years later I'm still so grateful for the huge improvement this has made for me!
