I was really thrown off with my appointment. It was just a huge lack of guidance with this office. I was personally referred by people I trust. I didn’t get to see the person I booked with specifically. I wish I would’ve known ahead of time because she is who I wanted to see. The PA I saw was nice but it was literally a 3 minute meeting and a question if I wanted to try a machine. That was all. After I met her, I sat there and was called again to go over the machine. I went back to sit down for literally an hour and the front desk lady said so… are you waiting for anything? I was pissed. I wish there was clearer direction since I am a new client and I’m not familiar with the steps here. They also had an issue with my insurance but I HAD TO recommend to move forward with my appointment instead of them guiding me. I run a team myself so it was odd that they weren’t more solution based. I even added my documents ahead of time to make sure the appointment went more smooth. Overall…meh.

I made an appointment to see the doctor, and only saw a PA instead.
I have no problem with PAs, and I've booked appointments with them before, but when I book an appointment with a doctor, I expect to see the doctor.
