“Just overall cleanliness I’d like to see improved. Clearer, more detailed explanations help especially since I was exhausted today with back to back appointments. My anxiety was heavily triggered. I appreciated the partial explanation and reminder the selected PA mentioned about chest x-ray risks. Rescheduled elsewhere for my screening at a later date.”

Zocdoc mistakenly listed the facility as a primary care center when it's actually an urgent care clinic. This misinformation can mislead patients. Furthermore, the scheduled doctor was unavailable, and another doctor attended instead, which is not satisfactory. The billing discrepancy, where they charged according to urgent care rates instead of the copay mentioned, is also unacceptable. It's essential for them to ensure accuracy and provide quality service to patients...

I booked through zocdoc looking for skincare help. I was seen 45 min after my appointment time only to be told that they don’t provide that service and were not sure why they continue to get referrals from zocdoc for that. She did write me a prescription that was over $1k, the pharmacy tried to contact her for an alternative but they did not hear back.
