Personalized care is at the core of my practice, where mental and emotional well-being are regarded as fundamental rights. I value and respect individuals irrespective of their background, ensuring each patient's unique clinical circumstances are taken into account. I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of North Florida and a Master’s in Nursing from Florida International University, which have equipped me to provide compassionate and comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s needs.

My ideal client is someone who is motivated, open-minded, and seeking guidance to overcome challenges in their personal or professional life. They want clarity, direction, and practical strategies to achieve their goals and improve their circumstances. They value personal growth, seek fulfillment, and aspire to live a purposeful and satisfying life. They appreciate a friendly and supportive partnership to help them navigate obstacles and accelerate their progress towards a more fulfilling future.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
Dr. Jill will be reaching out for an introductory phone call first.
We recognize that emergencies and unforeseen situations may arise. Since we've allocated a dedicated time for you, last-minute cancellations are challenging to accommodate.
A fee is applied to recover some of the incurred costs from these unfilled time slots. A $75 late cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file if you cancel or reschedule a session less than 24hrs beforehand. $125 no show if you simply don’t show.

Dr. Reed listened attentively and did not interrupt except for clarification. Her professionalism was exemplary therefore, I felt at ease to fully express my inhibitions. Dr. Reed's overall rating was outstanding therefore, I highly recommend her services.

Dr. Russell is easy to talk to and she’s very down to earth. For someone so young she really knows her stuff. She doesn’t talk down to you which i find refreshing given my previous experiences. I feel like I am making headway (pun intended) and I finally got meds that seem to be helping me. All in all it has been a wonderful experience and there’s no better doctor on zocdoc.
