Please be aware this doctor's office does not follow your insurance plan. My copay for a PCP is a flat rate per visit. This office charge me more than eight times the amount. I had to call and speak with their staff several times in order to receive a call back stating they charged me the wrong copay amount. Apparently after doing a "thorough investigation" they stated they were supposed to charge me their minimum copay cost. What baffles me is they have still refused to charge me my insurance copay amount. Needless to say, I absolutely do not plan on going back, which is a shame as I actually like the Primary Care Provider just from our initial visit. They should've done their due diligence prior to my arrival, rather than charging me such a ridiculous copay amount.

I had my annual visit with APRN Tamara and it was such a wonderful experience. She made me feel completely comfortable and really took the time to listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated how caring and approachable she was throughout the appointment. It’s clear she truly cares about her patients, and that makes such a difference. The staff was also kind and welcoming, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. I left feeling cared for and grateful.
