Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Tammy was a breath of fresh air to talk to in comparison to other providers I have had. She didn't come at me with scary labels the first visit and stated that she likes to get to know her clients more before she puts down any diagnosis. Even when I had to ramble to get something I felt important out, she listened very attentively. I cannot wait for future appointments with her. She is very down to earth and very easy to communicate with.

Tammy was my first psychiatric appointment and despite how nervous I was, she was very easy to warm up to and even made me laugh when I was fully expecting to cry! She was very knowledgeable and explained everything.

Im really sorry to write this, but I felt completely disregarded and invalidated. First session started 10 min late, and only lasted 10 minutes. Most of that time was spent telling me my problems don’t really compare to people who are suffering (but I wasn’t asked anything about my history or trauma so she didn’t even know!). Second session lasted 7 minutes - I was asked a series of personal trauma questions that were just yes or no, not given space to talk about any of them, and then she pushed a higher Med dose on me. Just overall irresponsible and truly harmful to me during a very difficult time. Really hoping lessons can be learned from this, and there will be improvement. I will not be returning.

Tammy far surpassed my expectations! She really listened to my concerns and helped me understand the options I have available to explore to help me. She is naturally easy to talk to and has a way of making you feel safe and comfortable - which really helped me share more personal and private information without concern.
