“I would like to first point out that I appreciate the extra precautions taken for patients and staff during this pandemic. The video check in at the door was great. Which leads me to my appointment, I was very shocked when I was informed my appointment was cancelled. I provided the reminder text message that I had just received that morning. I was upset that I was going to be sent away without explanation until a more experienced staff member intervened( I wish I knew her name). The situation took longer than it should have but was resolved and I was seen. I had doubts about choosing a new provider and my initial experience was not pleasant, however the appointment took a turn for the better and I am pleased with my change.”
