Dr. Dennis received her B.S. degree at the Pennsylvania State University. She obtained her Master's degree in Biomedical Chemistry from Thomas Jefferson University with a thesis on recurrent pregnancy loss. Her medical degree was obtained from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Dennis completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Maryland Medical Center. She grew up in Boca Raton, Florida and joined Royal Palm OB/GYN in 2010. She is a member of the American Medical Association, American College of Gynecology and the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association.
She has a special interest in Adolescent Gynecology and actively involved in all aspects of women's health care.

Dr. Dennis was great. I wish all Doctors had her bedside manner. She made something no one wants to get done easier and was able to insert the pap smear device in without me feeling anything til it hit my cervix, and I was total tense so that took great skill on her part. She will definitely be my new OB-GYN.

Overall the staff is very friendly. My only concern was that I had to wait a little over 30 minutes to be seen even after having an appointment. However, once I was called back my appointment only took about 15 minutes, which was great. They are super efficient and want to get you in and out without any hassle. I would recommend Dr. Tara Dennis.

Tara and the entire staff were great. Extremely friendly and made me feel super comfortable during my first visit. The office was very clean. Wait time was pretty long given there were only 2 other patients in the office and I waited over an hour, but the visit was worth the wait. Definitely reccomend.
