“Dr Hosein is an amazing doctor. I have been his patient for many years. The visit is informative and gives me valuable feedback on my health and how to improve it. I did not have to wait when I made my appointment. At other offices I have had to wait so long that by the time I am attended I feel like my day has been lost sitting in uncomfortable chairs and waiting rooms and was asked so many annoying, intrusive, non-related to my visit, and offensive questions. Here I am asked relevant questions that helps the doctor determine how to evaluate my health, attended in a reasonable time, and learn how to resolve health issues. About Dr. Firaz Hosein
As an experienced Doctor based in Pompano Beach, my patients appreciate the warmth, professional integrity, and open communication that define my medical practice. I’m determined to help my patients understand their own health so they can be well informed when making important health decisions.
A passion for helping others led me down the path of Medicine into a career that allows me to provide my patients with high-quality healthcare. Since earning my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University and completing my Residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center, I have practiced medicine professionally since 2000. I bring a holistic approach to medicine in order to find comfortable and effective solutions for everyone.

Doctor was okay, listened to my concerns but was not very sure about how to order my blood work, kind of unusual for a primary to not be sure how to code the order. The front desk was not friendly at all, lack patience or care for the patients. It seemed as there was only one staff for all functions. Left with no follow up appointment or blood work scheduled.

The staff were really nice and helpful and “Ruby” made me laugh. I am a new patient and I get nervous about going to the Dr. My previous doctor acted like my health issues were no big deal. But, Dr Hosein listened to what I had to say and understood that I wanted help right away. He actually called another doctor while I was sitting in the room to make sure that they provided the treatment I was looking for! I have never seen a Dr take time to do that. I got an appointment with 2 specialist before I even made it home. I am so tired and exhausted and in pain and have been for months. If you have ever had the run around with Dr’s trying to figure out what is wrong then you know the frustration. The relief I feel to be on a road to recovery and answers… can’t buy that. Thanks.
