Most relevant
One hour before my appt - they called and said they actually had no availability and no providers. If this was the case, they should update their zocdoc availability or call more in advance - I procured childcare as a SAHM and then was told they had no availability 20 minutes before I had to head out .

I did not see Dr. Jennifer as scheduled — I was seen by a completely different doctor instead. I was asked to fill out some forms, but no one ever collected them. A nurse gathered my personal information using a computer, but she was rushed and impersonal. At one point the laptop froze, and she rattled off the remaining questions so quickly that I'm not confident my answers were actually entered. I was then asked to change into a gown and wait for the doctor, who spent exactly 8 minutes with me — despite my being a new patient. Afterward, I was sent to do bloodwork and check out. I was also told I would receive a prescription for a mammogram, but I still have not received it. Overall, this was a disappointing experience with poor service at every step.
