Dr. Rivera was very friendly and personable. She explained everything she was going to do as well as what she needed me to do futuristically. She listened to what issues I had and explained ramifications of treatments and medications.

Fast, efficient, and punctual! I was seen by Dr. Rivera less than 30min when i walked in to check in for my appointment and provided my insurance card to be scanned. Both the nurse that triaged me and Dr. RIvera herself were efficient in actively listening to my chief compliant and reason for my transition of care. I walked out with follow-up lab work and new prescription refills for my chronic medications. The only improvement I would recommend to the office is to install a tablet kiosk check-in like labcorp and other health centers for faster que of patients. There was only one secretary at the front for all office and patient essentials (booking follow-ups, medical billing, insurance issues, scanning of documents, etc.).
