Dr. Bergstrom was easily one of the nicest doctors I have ever encountered. She explained everything with so much detail and compassion. I had to have an ingrown toenail removed and was pretty nervous about it, but she walked me through the whole process and it was not painful at all! I am super grateful she was my doctor!

The doctor I saw was not Dr Taylor Bergstrom but Dr Kim (I believe?). She was very warm and easy to talk to. She communicated well in explaining what options there were in helping treat my plantar fasciitis. I was given a boot/brace to wear to keep my foot at a 90 degree angle at night when resting and sleeping. It has made a huge difference! My foot is almost back to normal with little to no discomfort after only 3 weeks, so I am very happy to not be suffering in that way any longer!

I wanted a prescription for my toenail fungus that day but was told I would be contacted from a pharmacy for me to purchase the meds through mail order. Very expensive. Also, my feet are very sore, maybe from working out on a treadmill and was told possibly it could be nerve damage. I was not X-rayed and the examination of my feet was minimal. Dr. Bergstrom was very knowledgable and a warm personality but I left disappointed. I am considering another podiatrist.
