About Taylor Rehfuss
Taylor Rehfuss, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant who specializes in medical and cosmetic dermatology. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Nutrition, Food, Exercise graduating Cum Laude from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She then completed her graduate studies at NOVA Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale where she received a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies graduating with Honors and as a member Pi Alpha Honor Society. During her training, she completed extended clinical rotations in both Dermatology and Plastic Surgery. Taylor is licensed by the state of Virginia to practice dermatology as part of Dr. Maragh’s team. Taylor collaborates closely with Dr. Maragh to provide the best patient care. She is a patient advocate and strives to provide high-quality, personalized care for all her patients. She takes pride in staying up to date on the latest advances in dermatology and is involved on both a local and national level with professional associations such as the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), and the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).

I rarely write reviews, but this experience was unacceptable.
3–4 days before my appointment, I verified my insurance after being on hold and transferred multiple times. The process was disorganized but I was told everything was fine.
Three hours before my appointment, I was informed (not asked) that it had been moved 40 minutes earlier via text. I explained I couldn’t make that time due to another appointment but adjusted and arrived at 11:30 instead of 12:00, which they said was fine.
When I arrived, I was told they don’t take my insurance at that office and I’d need to go elsewhere — despite their office and my insurance company confirming they were in-network.
A simple “sorry for the inconvenience” was not sufficient. Insurance should be verified before asking patients to adjust their schedules.
I’ve read that the doctors are great but the office staff is difficult. While I wasn’t seen, I can confirm the administrative experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

actually, I put wrong information mistakenly regarding my date of birth and my My pharmacy which is CVS. Menasessis 24 seven and she give me medicine but I don’t know from where I get because my insurance cover my Medicine or not so I didn’t put an I forget that so I want to like clear this mistake so I don’t know if they contact me or I will contact them
