Friendly people- but very unorganized. I've been a patient for over a year and the records are not straight for who I am when I come through the door, including what insurance I provide. Phone numbers sometimes does not work, and the voicemail is often full. The pmcare.com website is nice. I will explore it more. Wait time is still too long. I usually don't get taken to the back until at least 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment.

She took her time and really seemed to care. The staff was constantly checking in with me to make sure I was ok during the short wait. She made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I would recommend this doctor if you aren't looking for a new primary care.

I really liked the office and the staff - they were very nice, knowledgeable and welcoming. As a new patient I made sure to arrive to the office early to fill out any paper work but have to wait more than an hour after my appointment time to be seen...

The office was quiet, pleasant...and not overbooked and frantic. The staff was also nice, Natalie was courteous and professional. They called me in before I even finished my health history paperwork! Rooms were small, but clean and modern. Dr. Naqvi has an extremely warm and gentle spirit, she sat with me and went through my health history - I felt she was competent and genuinely cared about my health.

I'll say it over and over, I adore this doctor! I recently had a family member pass away and she even post dated a script for me so while i had to go to NH for the service I wouldn't have to worry about me meds. She genuinely cares and that makes me care more about my own health.
