I am passionate about preventative health care for people of all ages and backgrounds, and I enjoy working together with my patients to maximize their health and happiness. I also love assisting with the management of chronic diseases by focusing on individualized goals and care plans for each patient. My approach is always patient-centered. How I stay healthy and happy: I love to stay active with running, yoga, and hiking. I also enjoy recharging with a good book or puzzle.
