About Dr. Teresa Richter
At Kirkland Natural Medicine, we are your partners in health. As leaders in integrative healthcare, we take the time to listen to you, see you as a whole person, perform appropriate testing, and provide personalized treatment plans using cutting-edge naturopathic therapies to help you achieve optimal health.
I earned my Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from Bastyr University. As a naturopathic physician, I guide those seeking optimal health and holistic approaches to their health concerns through patient-centered care, treating the whole person-not just a set of symptoms.
My treatments offer the best of integrative medicine. Naturopathic doctors are functional medicine specialists, and I utilize modalities such as botanical medicine, supplements, craniosacral therapy, homeopathic remedies, hydrotherapy, injection and IV therapy, and pharmaceutical prescribing when appropriate.

I feel grateful for Dr. Richter's support on several health issues over the past couple of years. Appointments are thorough and don't feel rushed. She is interested in finding root causes and healing solutions for her patients. Dr. Richter is the most kind and attentive doctor you will ever meet. She is skilled and wants to find the cause of your problems not just treat the symptoms. She does not rush you.
