“Zero information that I filled out on Zocdoc made it to their system. I had to do everything in the office on paper, which was frustrating because I took an hour out of my day when I booked on Zocdoc to fill out all the information that was asked of me after booking the appointment. It was very frustrating and I could tell that they see this hourly and daily so the staff could not offer any help in regards to why my information was not there. ? This is a technology partnership failure, and is easily avoided in these days and ages of technology databases can’t talk to each other. They’ve been doing it for 40 years. They do it even better now.”

Very nice staff. Dr Riddle let me know what was going on with my foot/ankle. It was something that he couldn’t do but found me a doctor that could. Most doctors would not do that. Actually he’s the first to ever help.

Dr Riddle was patient, calm, took his time to explain and answer questions and give guidance. Dr Riddle came highly recommended by my physical therapist. The office is nice, clean, easy to get to. The staff was efficient even with a long line as soon as the office opened. They worked through everyone quickly.
