“I made my appointment the prior day when I couldn’t be seen by my normal dr. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and took all of 5 minutes to be taken back to a room. Dr Lake was knowledgeable, patient and very thorough. When I didn’t understand she showed my pictures and ensured I knew exactly what she was speaking of.
