If I could give it zero stars I would. I booked with this practioner ..drove 45 minutes to the office and was refused care or to be seen because I was 8 minutes late to my appointment. No grace period, no solutions, no reschedule available for the same day, nothing. Not even a full 10 minutes and was told there was nothing thay could be done. I booked with this practioner because I wanted to be seen by another Ghanaian who was experienced with similar anatomy and skin and was very disappointed by the lack of care or willingness to communicate. I was just sent away essentially.

had an absolutely amazing experience from check in to check out. The front staff were friendly, the MA’s were attentive and focused and worked with urgency. Dr.Serena was perfection!! She was very sweet, listened to all my concerns, professional and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. She was interested in my health goals and suggested ways for me to meet them. The whole process took less than an hour and I was never waiting longer than 5 minutes, the clinic was also very clean and organized. I’ve never had a good doctor in the past and was anxious coming to a new place, but I will absolutely be coming back for all my care long-term. The drive is far but it is absolutely worth it to see Dr.Serena!!! Please come to this amazing clinic!

I found my new primary care provider. Dr Baah was very pleasant, personable, and did not try and rush the appointment. She examined me, made recommendations, ordered X-rays and PT as requested as well as a prescription to keep me comfortable until my next steps. Communication between Dr Baah and her receptionist were seamless. 10/10 recommend.
