I got too many reminder calls. Everyday one call came through and the day before my appointment I got 3 calls. That was way too many and annoying. None of the voicemails left asked me to call back to confirm.

He takes the time to listen and tailor his treatment with what you're comfortable with. It's clear that he cares.
One of office lady went beyond her duties and went looking for a ear piece I lost. She was great.

Providers seen past 6 mths was 2 different ones, the Dr. & Dr.’s PA, so answers to survey reflect both. Dr. Is great been seeing him as PCP for many yrs,, last visit first time seen by PA because needed to be seen quickly & Dr was not available.

Receptionist is always bitching about something
The staff, were very professional and kind. Dr Mark PA too the the time to speak with me and gave me,. He made me feel at ease and is very caring!

My first time there for a very serious health problem. The front desk people were very friendly. D took me in and did intake info and was so very understanding and compassionate I can not tell you how much that meant to me. Thomas Mark came in and was so gentle and understanding in my frail condition and took such good care of me. This medical group is exactly what I have been looking for in medical care. Everyone really cares about me and it shows. Thank you !
Thomas Mark made me feel at ease. He looked at me during conversation. He answered my spouses questions. He explained as to why I should be doing certain activities. I left my appointment feeling healthier.

Ascension and Duly are the worst it’s a pain to talk to someone on the phone every time you call you get a answering service, when I call the office I want to talk to someone in the office not a answering service. The doctors are fantastic but it’s such a pain to see them shouldn’t take 2-3 months to get in new patient or not

Thomas Mark noticed that my blood pressure was very good. He is having me take my blood pressure daily in the late morning or middle afternoon and send the information to him to determine if I can be taken off my low dose of Losartan 12.5 mgs twice a day. His concern is that it may be dropping to low and can cause me to faint. He is always on the cautious side. Better safe than sorry.
