About Dr. Thomas McNally
Dr. Thomas McNally is an accomplished orthopedic surgeon. He currently works with Chicago Health Medical Group in River Forest, IL.
As an expert in nonoperative and operative care of the spine, Dr. McNally emphasizes a “patient first” philosophy and utilizes a team approach to provide his patients with comprehensive support for all aspects of their spine health management.
Dr. McNally specializes in minimally invasive and robotic surgery, including pediatric and adult spine surgery, disc herniations, spinal stenosis, cervical spine, thoracolumbar spine, scoliosis, kyphosis, and spondylolisthesis. Dr. McNally employs the center’s state-of-the-art robotic guidance technology to optimize spine procedures and enhance patient recovery.
Dr. McNally received his medical degree, completed a residency in orthopedic surgery, and a fellowship in minimally invasive spine procedures at the University of Chicago. He has also completed multiple fellowships in comprehensive spinal care and pediatric spine and scoliosis management at Rush University Medical Center and Shriners Hospital for Children, Chicago.

Everyone I interacted with was very friendly - Nurse Betty, PA Chelsea, and Dr. McNally. The team was very efficient and I was taken for an x-ray immediately. Dr. McNally was reassuring and made me feel a lot better about my injury and my recovery path.

Dr Thomas McNally was great . His PA Chelsea was nice , same with the clinical assistant - do not recall her name . Wait tome to be called was 30 min , but went smoothly once inside.
The only downside is the front desk staff. Not polite, came off pretty rude and careless.

I received 800Million of messages and mails confirming I was going to the appointment. But ironically, the doctor was not in the office when I arrived. Nobody told me he was not in the city and I drove 1 hour each way for nothing. But they charged the same, of course. This wouldn't be acceptable.

Dr. McNally is wonderful. He spent time listening and studying my imaging to understand my specific situation, and educated me about it. The care I received was significantly better than another orthopedic clinic I went to. Highly recommend.

Dr. McNally is very professional, well seasoned in his practice. His method graduates, which, for those who are hoping to abstain from a diagnosis that promotes surgery, is indeed a great benefit.
This depends on your symptoms, of course. I was seen promptly, tested and given scripts that I myself know will certainly help to absolve this issue I’m having.

Dr. McNally is amazing. I've been dealing with chronic hip and back pain and my primary care has been useless. They didn't remember anything, didn't listen, didn't care. Dr. McNally immediately took action, gave me a plan and made me feel seen.
