“I was nervous before she came in and she just walked in and it disappeared she was so sweet and welcoming! She was very helpful and listened to what was going on and accurately diagnosed and showed me what was going on! Her office was clean and everything was just perfect and made me comfortable to be there! I would definitely recommend to others and friends!”

Very clear communication and great listening by all staff. I recommend to get there 10-15 minutes before the appointment for any additional paper you need to fill out. I showed up a little late and took longer than expected but that was on me.

Great experience with my appointment. I really felt cared for and like my concerns were heard! I still needed to be referred to another Dr due to this office not having all the equipment needed for further testing, (possible balance disorder), however their transparency and aid in setting up the additional tests at the other office made up for that 1000%. I would recommend this team to anyone

I had such a great experience with Dr. Tiffany Bell during my ENT appointment! She was not only incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, but also warm and patient throughout the entire visit. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident and at ease. What stood out the most was how sweet and kind she was to my daughter, who came with me—she made her feel included and comfortable, too. The staff was also friendly and efficient. I was able to use Zocdoc to book an appointment with an ENT the same day. In meeting Dr. Bell, she was extremely professional and kind. She listened carefully and took my concerns seriously. She also was great about educating me regarding the issues I thought I had which turned out to be completely wrong. She was patient enough to answer all my questions and allow me to Google questions that I should be asking because I didn't come fully prepared with all the right questions, once I found out what was truly going on with me. I would definitely return for any future ENT issues.
