“I have been seeing a urologist for about 3 years who is in a hard location for me to access, but mostly, whenever I visit, he talks down to me. His condescending manner really bothers me. When I found Tiffany Randazzo on ZocDoc, and saw her ratings, Good listener, Good bedside manner, I decided to consult her. I have a female GP and have had a few surgeries with female surgeons and I find that I feel a lot more comfortable with them that with male medical professionals. She made me feel very comfortable and I felt listened to. The other staff members in the office were friendly and helpful. My only real complaints about the practice is that there's no parking provided and that the TV in the waiting room should be showing politically neutral content such as nature scenes, or the weather. The news program included violent content and misinformation that I had no choice but to hear and which I found upsetting while I waited.”

Ms. Tiffany Randazzo has more than 10 years of experience as a nurse practitioner. She cares for the communities of Manhasset, Astoria, and Jackson Heights, NY. Ms. Randazzo is excited to bring her knowledge to Progressive Urology. She understands the needs of her patients and treats every person with the compassion, respect, and attention they deserve.
Ms. Randazzo earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing from Adelphi University. She is also an active member of the New York State Nurses Association, the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, and the New York State Nurse Practitioner Association. Her sound medical knowledge and passion for her work are commendable and make her a valued asset at the practice.

I appreciate that the office fit me in for a last minute appointment. However they shouldn’t have added me to the schedule if they didn’t have availability. I ended up waiting over an hour and the visit took over two hours in the end. While the office is very polite and easy to communicate with, they didn’t seem to keep track of when I went in or let me know until I kept asking. Nurse Randazzo was great, good bedside manner and clear communication. The experience of trying to get in to meet the provider, however, was very unpleasant.
